Founded in 2000, Pyrosutra is one of the leading fire-dance troupes in North America, utilizing a unique combination of fire and dance to create thought-provoking and provocative dance works. Pyrosutra has created a sophisticated, diverse, international repertoire that offers powerful entertainment for all audiences. Performances are a musically driven blend of dance techniques that include fire eating, martial arts, acrobatics, belly dance, and stilt walking with a flow that motivates eye, energy and spirit. Pyrosutra has performed at festivals and special events throughout the US and beyond. Our fantastic costume and set designers can create a show to fit any theme you can imagine.Our talented performers are dedicated to creating the ultimate experience for our audiences and always looking for new ways to expand our repertoire... Pyrosutra has grown to become an international organization, and has become involved in conservation projects.
